DELIVERY OPTIONS

  • We ship to West Malaysia, East Malaysia and Singapore. 
  • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • West Malaysia : Typically 3-7 business days; shipping fee RM8 flat rate
  • East Malaysia: Typically 3-7 business days; shipping fee RM16 flat rate
  • For the time being, we only ship orders to street addresses (NO PO box address).

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

  • We only offer international shipping to Singapore.
  • If you want us to ship to your country, write to us via email (hello@voir.com.my). Country requests made will be reviewed for future plans.
  • Shipping duration estimated to be 5-13 business days, but is subjected to custom clearance and weather conditions.
  • Shipping fees are automatically calculated according to the weight range of purchase:
  1. 0.1kg - 1kg: RM50
  2. 1.1kg - 2kg: RM70
  3. 2.1kg - 3kg: RM90
  • Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

  • 2 delivery attempts will be made. If the 1st attempt fails, a note will be placed in the recipient's mailbox.
  • Customers will then need to arrange for the 2nd delivery themselves.
  • Order(s) that are not collected within 14 days of first delivery will be returned to us. In this case, customers will need to:
  1. Contact VOIR Gallery’s customer support via (hello@voir.com.my), or WhatsApp (+60125010863) for a faster response.
  2. Customers will also be required to cover additional charges for storage fee and other costs incurred.
  • Unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays (for international delivery) or adverse weather conditions may impact delivery schedules.
  • In the event of any delays, our Customer Service team will keep you informed and assist in resolving any issues.

CHANGING DELIVERY DETAILS

  • Delivery information cannot be amended once order is being fulfilled and processed to ship. For assistance, contact us via email (hello@voir.com.my), or WhatsApp (+60125010863) for a faster response!
  • Customers are highly encouraged to contact us if there are any changes to prevent your parcel from incorrect delivery.
  • Shipping delays may occur for address amendments.

  • All delivery information needed can be located in your order tracking sent via email or phone number.
  • Local deliveries - Pos Laju; International deliveries - Janio
